Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision Engineer to join our innovation team in Redhill. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in revolutionizing the gemstone industry by developing sophisticated machine learning models and LLM-based applications that enhance quality assessment, classification, and inventory automation.
You will work at the intersection of computer vision and deep learning, building scalable systems that translate complex visual data into actionable business intelligence. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy computer vision algorithms for the detection, classification, and analysis of gemstones.
- Architect and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate descriptive reporting and integrate with expert knowledge databases.
- Build and maintain high-performance machine learning pipelines using PyTorch or TensorFlow to process high-resolution visual imagery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into proprietary software and hardware solutions.
- Perform rigorous model evaluation, error analysis, and performance optimization to ensure high accuracy in real-world environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art architectures to solve specific industry challenges.
- Document technical designs and train internal stakeholders on the utilization of developed AI tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of CNNs, Transformers, and image processing libraries (OpenCV, PIL, Scikit-image).
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face ecosystem) is highly preferred.
- Experience deploying AI models in production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
