Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in artificial lift system implementation and optimization
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Reciprocating/Hydraulic Pump Units, SRP, PCP, and ESP systems
- Develop operational strategies to enhance production efficiency and equipment reliability
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting complex lift system challenges
- Ensure compliance with HSE protocols and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with drilling and production teams to integrate artificial lift solutions
- Mentor engineers and technicians through knowledge transfer and skill development
- Prepare technical documentation and performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related Engineering discipline
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience with artificial lift technologies including Reciprocating/Hydraulic Pump Units, SRP, PCP, and ESP
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects
- Strong understanding of oilfield operations and production optimization principles
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts clearly
- Professional certification in artificial lift technologies preferred
