Tanggung Jawab
- Modify and amend existing artwork designs based on customer requirements and feedback
- Collaborate with sales team to interpret client specifications and translate them into actionable design adjustments
- Directly engage with customers to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer requests, modifications, and project timelines
- Ensure all design revisions adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in all modifications
- Coordinate with design team to maintain consistency across modified artwork projects
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in artwork modification or design support roles
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Ability to interpret and implement detailed client specifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in design adjustments
