- Design and develop high-performance applications using RPG, CL, and SQL on IBM i platform
- Lead system integration projects between AS/400 and modern web/cloud technologies
- Optimize legacy code for improved performance and maintainability
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust solutions
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Document system architecture, processes, and user requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on AS/400 development experience
- Expert proficiency in RPG IV, CL, and SQL for IBM i
- Strong understanding of ILE concepts and modular programming
- Familiarity with modern integration APIs (REST, SOAP, ODBC)
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex system issues
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field
