Xurpas Inc. is seeking a skilled AS400 RPG Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Taguig City. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative hybrid work environment, coming onsite twice per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical business applications on the IBM iSeries/AS400 platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, create technical specifications, and implement efficient solutions that drive our business operations forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain RPGLE programs and CL procedures on the AS400/iSeries platform
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs
- Debug, test, and implement application changes while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to optimize system performance and efficiency
- Create and maintain technical documentation including program specifications and user guides
- Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for code quality and maintainability
- Support system upgrades, patches, and migration projects as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AS400 RPG development (RPG, RPGLE, CL)
- Proficiency in DB2/AS400 database management and SQL queries
- Experience with IBM iSeries operations, file structures, and system utilities
- Strong understanding of business processes and data flow in enterprise environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
