Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence across the ASEAN region.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts within the automotive sector, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product development and technical teams to tailor connector solutions for specific client requirements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to track performance against targets.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Identify and onboard potential new clients to diversify the portfolio and maximize revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or automotive components industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic connectors and their applications in automotive systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the ASEAN region as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
