In this pivotal role, you will oversee the vehicle certification process, ensuring our new models comply with all technical laws and regulations across the Southeast Asian market. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end ASEAN homologation process for new vehicle models and design modifications.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., JPJ, DVLA) and authorized testing agencies to secure vehicle type approvals.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive technical dossiers, test reports, and submission documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to regional technical regulations, including ADR, AARTO, and local vehicle safety standards.
- Coordinate vehicle testing activities and proactively resolve technical issues identified during compliance audits.
- Monitor legislative changes in ASEAN countries and update internal compliance procedures accordingly.
- Provide technical guidance to R&D and manufacturing teams regarding regulatory constraints and design changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vehicle homologation or regulatory compliance within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of ASEAN technical regulations (UNECE) and local Malaysian standards (JPJ).
- Familiarity with the homologation process in Malaysia and neighboring Southeast Asian markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
