Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, to closing deals for Gas & Chemical Supply Systems.
  • Identify and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches and maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to prospective clients to address their specific industrial needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and forecast future performance accurately.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the chemical, industrial gas, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a regional or international setting.
  • Strong understanding of chemical supply chain logistics and industrial gas applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel regionally to meet clients and attend industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales forecasting tools.
