PT. Global Papua Abadi is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asisten Administrasi / Kepala Tata Usaha (KTU) to join our operational team in Merauke, Papua Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our plantation site's administrative and financial operations, ensuring that all office functions run smoothly to support our field activities.

You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing site-level resources effectively. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all daily administrative operations of the plantation site office.
  • Manage site financial activities, including petty cash, budgeting, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate human resources activities such as payroll, attendance monitoring, and staff documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistical support, inventory, and operational assets.
  • Liaise between site operations, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular analytical reports on site performance and administrative efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or KTU role, preferably in the plantation or agriculture industry.
  • Proficient in office management software (MS Office, especially Excel).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Merauke, Papua Selatan.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian financial reporting and HR labor laws.
