We're seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Kumon Assistants, dedicated to fostering academic excellence in students. In this dynamic role, you'll create a supportive learning environment where children develop critical thinking skills and a love for learning. You'll guide students through personalized Kumon worksheets, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate their progress milestones. This position offers the unique opportunity to make a direct impact on young learners' educational journeys while honing your teaching and communication skills in a structured, internationally recognized program.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students during Kumon class sessions
- Accurately grade and analyze completed Kumon worksheets
- Communicate student progress and needs to parents professionally
- Maintain organized class materials and administrative records
- Support classroom management and ensure a focused learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with center staff to address individual student challenges
- Implement Kumon methodology according to program standards
- Prepare materials for daily class operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (university students/graduates preferred)
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with children aged 3-17 years
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks
- Teaching experience or tutoring background is advantageous
- Reliable and punctual with professional work ethic
