- Conduct accurate refractometry eye examinations using professional equipment
- Provide personalized eyewear consultations matching prescriptions to lifestyle needs
- Recommend appropriate lens types (progressive, single-vision, etc.) and frame selections
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
- Collaborate with optometrists to ensure comprehensive eye care solutions
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising initiatives
- Participate in product knowledge training and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) with optical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in optical retail or eye examination roles
- Proficiency in using autorefractors and phoropters
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and record-keeping systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
