Saturdays is looking for a dedicated Asisten Sales Refraksi Optik (ASRO) to join our optical team in Grogol, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our customers' visual needs and our premium optical products.
As an ASRO, you will be responsible for conducting preliminary eye examinations, assisting customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses, and providing expert advice on eye health and vision correction. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting preliminary refractive tests and basic eye examinations accurately.
- Providing detailed product recommendations based on customer lifestyle and prescription needs.
- Assisting in the frame fitting process to ensure customer comfort and style preference.
- Handling daily transactions at the sales counter and managing inventory efficiently.
- Educating customers on lens care, usage, and the benefits of different lens coatings.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales counter environment.
- Collaborating with the optician team to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in optical science or refractive assistance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of refractive procedures, optical terminology, and lens technology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details simply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
