First Resources is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Asisten Sipil to join our expanding operations in Kalimantan Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all civil engineering projects within our palm oil plantation estates. You will ensure that infrastructure development, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and building facilities, is executed according to engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in land development or heavy civil works. You will act as the bridge between management goals and field execution, ensuring that our infrastructure supports optimal plantation productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily civil engineering activities and plantation infrastructure projects.
- Monitor the progress of road construction, bridge maintenance, and building installations to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Ensure all civil works comply with company quality standards, safety protocols (K3), and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal field teams to optimize resource allocation and materials usage.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for estate management.
- Conduct field surveys and technical inspections to identify potential maintenance requirements or infrastructure issues.
- Manage site-specific budgeting for civil projects and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement and execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in civil works, preferably within the oil palm plantation industry or land development sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of road construction, soil mechanics, and structural concrete works.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote site locations.
- Physically fit and willing to be placed in Kalimantan Timur.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage field personnel and external contractors.
