Tigadaun Kapuas is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Asisten Sipil Infrastruktur to join our expanding palm oil operations in Kalimantan Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of plantation infrastructure, ensuring that all civil works meet our high standards for efficiency and sustainability.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing plantation roads, drainage systems, and building facilities that are vital to our production cycle. You will work closely with the field management team to execute infrastructure projects on schedule while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil infrastructure projects including plantation roads, bridges, and drainage networks.
- Perform daily site supervision to ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with field managers to prioritize infrastructure maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage material procurement and logistical flow for various construction sites within the plantation.
- Conduct regular field inspections and report on project progress, site conditions, and potential technical risks.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all construction and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal labor teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in plantation infrastructure or heavy construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, AutoCAD, and survey equipment (Theodolite/Waterpass).
- Strong knowledge of land leveling, drainage, and road construction techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a remote plantation environment in Kalimantan Selatan.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage field crews effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
