In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our warehousing operations, ensuring that our Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) run at peak efficiency to meet the demands of our nationwide distribution network.
As an ASRS Officer, you will bridge the gap between complex software systems and physical inventory movement. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system integrity, optimizing stock flow, and resolving technical bottlenecks in real-time. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily ASRS operations to ensure smooth and accurate movement of goods.
- Perform regular inventory audits and maintain 100% system accuracy within the warehouse management software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues or system errors promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate seamlessly with production and logistics teams to fulfill stock requirements and delivery schedules.
- Execute preventive maintenance checks on automated equipment and report technical anomalies.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports, documenting throughput, system performance, and any operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality protocols throughout the warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically with automated storage systems (ASRS/WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and software-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, shift-rotational environment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and apply logical thinking to optimize system workflows.
