Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of modules and systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, and work instructions accurately.
- Inspect components and sub-assemblies for defects or non-conformance to ensure total quality control.
- Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and safety protocols.
- Document assembly processes and production data for quality assurance reporting.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow technicians to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Certificate in Engineering, or a related vocational qualification.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical assembly role (electro-mechanical experience is highly preferred).
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components.
- Good understanding of basic mechanical assembly principles and use of precision tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
- Good command of Malay and/or English for effective communication.
- Ability to work shifts if required by production schedules.
