Join Lam Research as a skilled Assembler 3 in our Batu Kawan, Penang facility. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise assembly, testing, and quality assurance of complex electromechanical systems. You will work from detailed blueprints and schematics, using a variety of hand and power tools, to ensure each component meets strict specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble electromechanical systems and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform assembly tasks.
- Conduct functional tests and inspections to verify product quality and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and 5S standards.
- Document assembly processes and results, ensuring accurate traceability and records.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior assemblers as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly, preferably in a semiconductor equipment or similar high-tech industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity and experience with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
