Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of electronic and mechanical components for semiconductor equipment using hand tools and pneumatic machinery.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and testing to ensure all assembled parts meet strict engineering specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area, adhering to cleanroom and ISO quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement process improvements.
- Document production processes accurately and report any discrepancies or material defects immediately.
- Operate and monitor automated assembly lines or semi-automated equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related role.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
