Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and blueprints
- Operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts with high accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Document work activities and maintain production records
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and CNC machines
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in assembly or CNC operation
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and technical schematics
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and hand tools
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required
