Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, install, and adjust high-precision molding tools according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Perform comprehensive debugging and troubleshooting on molding equipment to resolve operational defects.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend tool lifespan.
- Interpret complex mechanical drawings and schematic diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and document all maintenance/repair activities in the system.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and quality assurance protocols (ISO standards).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tool and die, precision molding, or semiconductor equipment assembly.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems common in industrial molding tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
