We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly Engineer (Electrical) to join our manufacturing team in Melaka. In this role, you will play a critical part in the production lifecycle, ensuring that all electrical assembly processes meet our high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize assembly workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute the assembly of electrical components and systems in accordance with technical specifications.
- Interpret complex electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide production assembly.
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical equipment malfunctions, providing immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline assembly processes and improve production throughput.
- Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and quality management protocols.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of assembled components to ensure zero-defect output.
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation for all assembly tasks and maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or industrial training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Knowledge of basic automation tools and standard electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay to facilitate team coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
