- Operate and monitor semiconductor assembly equipment under supervision
- Assist in equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures

Kualifikasi
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or automation systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools
