Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in assembly operations with 1+ years leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proven ability to manage production targets and defect reduction
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with production tracking software and documentation systems
- Certification in occupational safety standards (e.g., OSHA) preferred
