Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly tasks on extrusion components using hand tools and power equipment.
- Inspect assembled parts for defects, burrs, and dimensional accuracy against engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure correct assembly procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Report any machinery malfunctions, material defects, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work completed.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Technical, or Manufacturing Arts.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or fabrication roles.
- Basic understanding of aerospace quality standards (ISO, AS9100) is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 20kg (44lbs) regularly.
