Tanggung Jawab
- Operate high-speed, large-scale automated assembly machines in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Monitor machinery performance throughout the shift to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Adhere to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report significant equipment malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance teams.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation to facilitate a safe and productive environment.
- Complete accurate production logs and documentation for daily reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily output targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in a technical field.
- Previous experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate automated machinery.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and production standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks as required by the role.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
