Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical or electrical components according to provided blueprints and work instructions.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain production targets.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inventory checks of parts and raw materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the production supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- No prior manufacturing experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned or production floor environment.
- Ability to perform standing work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to work shifts (if required by production scheduling).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
