Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement efficient fiber assembly processes to meet production requirements and quality standards
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality
- Develop and maintain detailed assembly work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control methods
- Train production staff on new processes and assembly techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and optimize production metrics to achieve continuous improvement goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fiber optic assembly or similar precision manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic components, assembly techniques, and testing procedures
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing documentation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
