Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine assembly tasks on electronic components and products according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate production machinery and tools safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all assembled products meet strict industry standards and specifications.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or product defects to the Line Leader or Quality Control department immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S manufacturing standards.
- Follow safety protocols and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
- No prior working experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electronic systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
