Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly of mechanical parts, components, and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and blueprints.
- Execute the final setup of machinery and products to ensure all systems function according to design specifications.
- Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct routine quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate production records and update daily activity logs for management review.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues during the setup phase.
- Participate in regular maintenance of tools and workstations to ensure an organized and safe production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate mechanical tools safely.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and production safety standards.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a full-time, fast-paced team environment.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
