As an Assembly Technician, you will be integral to the production process, working closely with engineering teams to assemble complex mechanical components. You will ensure that all units meet strict quality standards and safety regulations before they leave the workshop.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform manual assembly of machine components and systems based on detailed blueprints and work instructions.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct quality inspections and functional testing of assembled units to verify specifications are met.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies.
- Document assembly processes and report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of assembly fixtures and jigs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant Technical Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in assembly, machining, or mechanical fitting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and bill of materials.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for repetitive assembly tasks.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
