Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and operate molding machines according to production specifications and schedules.
- Perform regular troubleshooting of machinery to identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues promptly.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Monitor production output to ensure all manufactured parts meet strict quality control standards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S principles.
- Document production logs, maintenance reports, and quality checks accurately for management review.
- Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to optimize workflow and increase manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Vocational School Credit in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of molding machines and general manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production drawings.
- Strong manual dexterity and the physical stamina to work in a production floor environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah, and flexibility to work shifts if required.
