Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of components according to engineering blueprints and work instructions.
- Ensure all production targets are met while maintaining superior quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify potential defects in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize assembly workflows and improve output efficiency.
- Operate assembly tools and machinery with high accuracy and safety awareness.
- Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools and basic mechanical measurement instruments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by production demands.
