Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and follow complex cable wiring drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for assembly.
- Perform precision assembly of wire harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering components.
- Install and integrate cable systems into larger mechanical or electrical assemblies according to engineering designs.
- Propose and implement practical cabling and wiring solutions to improve efficiency or resolve design challenges.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and continuity testing using multimeters and specialized testing equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate assembly tools and machinery to ensure peak operational performance.
- Document production activities and report any material defects or technical discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized 5S compliant workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cable harnessing and wire assembly within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools, crimping machines, and soldering equipment.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-620 standards or similar quality certifications for cable and wire harness assemblies.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work in Batu Kawan, Penang, and adhere to production schedules.
