Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly of components and products according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct routine testing and quality assurance checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with standards.
- Operate assembly machinery, hand tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving defects or material inconsistencies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to all safety protocols and GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize assembly processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Document production data and daily tasks accurately in the shift logbook.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N'/'O' level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, or testing.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly diagrams.
- Willingness to work night shifts (shift allowance provided for night work).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
