Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble components and products according to detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to 5S workplace organization principles.
- Monitor production lines for defects and report any machinery malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily and monthly production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, or test technician roles.
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules reliably.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for specific machinery or processes.
