Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision manual assembly of mechanical and electronic components according to technical drawings and SOPs.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and functional testing on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Operate specialized assembly tools, machinery, and measurement equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including assembly logs, error reports, and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify process improvements and troubleshoot technical issues on the assembly line.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products ready for dispatch to logistics centers.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small, delicate components with high precision.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to undergo full technical training and skills upgrading.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical blueprints or assembly instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent team-player mentality with good communication skills in English.
- Commitment to a permanent shift schedule (No rotation) to ensure production consistency.
