In this role, you will play a critical part in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. We offer a competitive salary package of up to $3,600 per month based on your relevant experience, with additional shift allowances provided for those undertaking night shift duties.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform manual and automated assembly of components according to technical drawings and SOPs.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations (WSH).
- Assist in routine maintenance checks for equipment and tools.
- Document production activities and input data into the inventory management system accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and manufacturing safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or equivalent technical certification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret basic technical diagrams and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual assembly work.
- Willingness to work on shifts (including night shift) as required by production schedules.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
