Tanggung Jawab
- Perform manual assembly of wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components according to technical blueprints and diagrams.
- Execute precision tasks such as wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminal installation.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and visual inspections on finished products to ensure they meet MNC quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools and semi-automated machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report significant equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for inventory and quality control purposes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards).
Kualifikasi
- Possess a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or electronics environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components and color-coded wires.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work in Kallang and commit to full-time hours.
