Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of semiconductor components according to standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor specialized production machinery and automated assembly tools.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products to identify defects or irregularities.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to strict Cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines.
- Document production data, including output counts and equipment performance logs, accurately.
- Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to report equipment malfunctions or production bottlenecks.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products for shipment and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; candidates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply as training is provided.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or ITE certification in any discipline.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (AM, PM, or Night shifts).
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small, delicate components.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and work in a cleanroom suit.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to punctuality and teamwork.
- Basic command of English to read technical manuals and document production logs.
