- Perform precision assembly of products and components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections to ensure all items meet company requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation environment at all times.
- Identify and report any defects, material shortages, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols (PPE usage).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient shift operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalent technical certification.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related production role is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual handling tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
