Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of components according to technical blueprints and work instructions.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on assembled units to ensure zero-defect output.
- Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance throughout the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S manufacturing methodologies.
- Document production activities, including output logs and material consumption data.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to resolve technical issues and production bottlenecks.
- Strictly adhere to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and environmental standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work manuals accurately.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small components.
- Proven ability to work independently in a night shift schedule.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical setting.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards is highly advantageous.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
