Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Operate and maintain assembly machinery, tools, and production equipment
- Conduct quality inspections at various production stages to ensure compliance with standards
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Optimize assembly workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Train new technicians on assembly procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly roles
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and assembly schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
