Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble products and components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all items meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in adherence to 5S standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly at all times.
- Identify and report any defects, damaged materials, or machinery issues to the supervisor.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment or storage.
Kualifikasi
- Secondary education or equivalent technical certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and meet shift schedule requirements.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Willingness to undergo necessary on-the-job training.
