Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot server hardware components to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow strict production blueprints and work instructions to meet assembly targets.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to identify and resolve assembly defects.
- Maintain production logs and inventory records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Use specialized tools and machinery for precision hardware installation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hardware assembly or a cleanroom environment is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small, delicate components.
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to commit to shift work and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and status updates.
