Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of semiconductor components following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure high output and quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks to identify and resolve defects early in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
- Document production data accurately in the manufacturing execution system (MES).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize assembly workflows.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety and environmental policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is highly preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for delicate component handling.
- Ability to perform shift work as required by production schedules.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system reporting.
