Tanggung Jawab
- Perform wafer assembly, die attach, wire bonding, and encapsulation processes.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections to ensure zero-defect quality standards.
- Maintain detailed production logs and equipment performance records.
- Execute preventive maintenance and assist in machine setup and changeovers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve process deviations and improve yield.
- Comply strictly with cleanroom protocols, safety guidelines, and ISO standards.
- Manage material replenishment at workstations to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, wafer fab, or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate micro-components.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day / Night) in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and SOPs.
- Good communication skills and a strong team player.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry).
- Entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience and a positive attitude are welcome.
