Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering or automotive technology
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle or precision assembly
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and assembly schematics
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and component interactions
- Certification in industrial safety protocols (OSHA/SSP equivalent)
- Experience with quality control methodologies (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Good physical fitness for standing, bending, and lifting components
