Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble high-precision semiconductor wafer components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure peak performance.
- Perform routine quality checks on assembled parts to identify and rectify any defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with safety and cleanroom protocols.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new assembly techniques and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' levels or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom environment is an added advantage.
- Strong manual dexterity and high attention to detail for precision tasks.
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or assembly instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production quotas.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to commit to a weekday-only shift schedule.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
