- Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Perform functional and quality tests on assembled products to meet industry standards
- Identify and document defects or issues during assembly and testing processes
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and machinery efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Document assembly and testing results as per quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Prior experience in assembly, testing, or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly and testing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during night shifts
- Good problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
