Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of components according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Conduct systematic functional testing of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly or testing issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation for all assembly and testing activities.
- Operate and calibrate specialized tools and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly processes and throughput.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S and safety protocols.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on testing equipment to ensure long-term reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical assembly environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automated testing instrumentation.
- Solid understanding of quality control processes and health & safety standards in a factory setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation purposes.
